Cautioning its customers and the public about a fraudulent website running under its name, the country’s leading Cruise operator Cordelia Cruises has released an official statement flagging the fake website, which is potentially duping customers in its name.
The company said that a fraudulent website is posing as Cordelia Cruises under the name WWW.CORDELIACRUSES.IN. Whereas, the official website of the company is www.cordeliacruises.com.
In a statement, The President and CEO of the Cruise Liner said they are taking strict action against the website and its developers. Jurgen Bailom President and CEO of Waterways Leisure, the operator of Cordelia Cruises said that website has clearly been developed with ill intentions towards, both, Cordelia Cruises as well as its guests.
“We urge you to refrain from falling prey to this illegality. Cordelia Cruises will be taking strict action against the website and its developers. That said, we encourage you to continue making all reservations on WWW.CORDELIACRUISES.COM. This is our one and only proprietary website address. Our website is comprehensive, efficient, and endeavours to answer all your questions regarding cruising in India,” said Bailom in the statement.
Cordelia Cruises is owned by Waterways Leisure Tourism, an arm of Dream Hotel Group, controlled by the Indian American hotelier Sant Singh Chatwal.
